Processing of personal data.
The present Privacy Policy should describe the arrangements for the administration of the website www.icasinternational.it (hereinafter referred to as Website) with reference to the processing of personal data of the website users/ visitors.
The disclosure pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – “Rules for the protection of personal data” (hereinafter referred to as “The Code”), Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – EU Regulation 2016/679.
The Website is owned and operated by Icas International – Via A. Stradivari, 4 (MI) (hereinafter referred to as “Holder”).
The information provided only applies to our web site and does not concern any web sites that may be visited by an user via external links.
The information shall let users know, before they enter any website section, the way the holder processes the personal data. It is therefore necessary for the user to have sight of it before giving his personal data at the moment of registration.

The processing of personal data will be carried out by a company employee as well as third parties to whom the company entrusts these specific tasks (or parts of them). In such an event these very subjects will be nominated Responsible or in charge of the personal data processing.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
According to the needs shown by the the website users on a case-by-case basis, the purposes of data processing (the ones directly conferred by the users through the compilation of online documents) are detailed below:
1. Allowing the registration on the Website if necessary to enter particular sections of the same and to provide and manage the offered services;
2. Carrying out marketing activities, as the dispatch of advertising material, only with the prior approval of the users and until the moment the approval is withdrawn;
3. In compliance with legal requirements and only with the prior approval of the users and until the approval is withdrawn, analyze the choices and the users’ browsing and consumption habits using the information provided at the moment of registration, in order to customize the users’ experience on the Website and enhance the service offered;
4. Reply to users’ requests about Holder’s products, advertising and general information.

The treatment will be performed either using automated tools (i.e. using electronic proceedings and devices) or manually (i.e. by paper means) for the time needed to achieve the aims the data have been collected for and in compliance with the existing legislation.
Nature and modality of users’ data transfer
The personal data transfer is elective even if it becomes mandatory for specific data (those marked with an asterisk) so that the Holder can guarantee the satisfaction of users’ needs in terms of website functionality.

The personal data conferral is carried out through the compilation of the designated areas of the various website sections. If the user dismisses to provide one or more mandatory data, an error message will appear listing the missing mandatory data.
